Artists Take Risks
I took a risk in this project because there was no guarantee that they would grow and I don't have a green thumb anyway. I also had to leave it during spring break which I was worried about but it didn't effect it so I was glad about that. The weather wasn't ideal for a long time which also worried me but it turned out well.
Artists Create Original Art
I had a hard time trying to figure out what to do for this project but I think my idea was really good. I didn't use a traditional media and it isn't what someone would commonly think of when they thought of art. I think that using life as a theme was original for this project.
Not only was this a good idea but the container your brought in to grow the art was well thought out too. The only part that didn't work out as well as the plan was the flowers. they didn't grow thick enough to accomplish the words. But its still growing so lets see what happens...
